For especially challenging projects where nothing seems to work, we also offer a very special service: send us a detailed inquiry with the details of your setup, and if we accept the project but still can’t get the drive to work,

we’ll pay you 1,000 €.

Of course, we can’t defy the laws of physics — the motor, controller, battery, and mechanical setup still need to be technically capable of achieving the desired result. But if the hardware has the potential, we’re certain we can unlock it.


In addition to troubleshooting and optimization, we can also provide customized software, firmware, and hardware solutions based on the specific requirements of the customer, if needed. This allows us to adapt the system more precisely to the application instead of relying only on standard components or default configurations.

Since we already offer a wide product palette, many solutions can be built on existing platforms, with only small adjustments required. This enables quick turnaround times and comparatively low costs, while still delivering a solution tailored to your needs.
